  • Explain basic understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the vestibular system

  •  Identify red flags, screening tools and questions, and further indications of when medical management is necessary

  •  Administer positioning tests to identify posterior and lateral canal canalithiasis and cupulolithiasis

  • Administer canalith repositioning maneuvers for posterior and lateral canal canalithiasis and cupulolithiasis
  • Perform other important objective tests for complete vestibular assessment and screening

Kendra Harring DPT, GCS

Kendra received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2012 from Grand Valley State University (Michigan) and has gone on to receive her board certification in Geriatric Physical Therapy through the APTA. After learning components of vestibular rehab through mentors, conferences, and coursework; she completed the renowned Vestibular Rehabilitation: A Competency-Based Course through Duke University. Years later she has taken this knowledge along with her practical applications and collaborated with multiple disciplines including neurologists, neuro-ophthalmologist, and otolaryngologist to help treat patients with vestibular disorders in multiple settings including acute care, outpatient, and home health for over 10 years.
